He later tweeted that Ukrainians share the pain of the families and friends of the victims in a creepy elementary school shooting.
“With deep sadness, I took the news of the murder of innocent children in Texas. Sincere condolences to the families of the victims, the people of the United States and Joe Biden in connection with this tragedy,” he wrote.

Shooting in Texas: what is known
