The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP) launched the world's first open database of foreign components in weapons on the portal War and Sanctions.
It contains more than 2 thousand components that are used by Russia and Iran in various types of UAVs, missiles, electronic warfare systems and many other types of weapons and military equipment.
— The democratic and civilized world must unite around the non-proliferation of its technologies to aggressors. This is the only way we can guarantee peace, security and stability at the global level. It was for this purpose that a unified database of components was created, — explained in NAPC.

It is noted that the database now contains information about foreign components found in Russian and Iranian weapons used by the Russian Federation during a full-scale invasion against Ukraine starting on February 24, 2022.
— Thousands of electronic components that should improve life and serve development are being turned into murder weapons by Russia and Iran. Revealing their path from the manufacturer to the hands of killers — a major task for any government agency. But this is within the power of thousands of journalists, investigators, customs officials, bankers, consultants and many others who strive for justice and peace. Now that this data has become public, everyone can contribute to global security, — stated the head of NAPC Alexander Novikov.
The database contains types of weapons, manufacturers and technical characteristics for each component. NAPC believes that everyone, “from an investigative journalist to a foreign official”, will be able to collect a sufficient evidence base and investigate supply chains and “bring accomplices of this war to justice”.
The NAPC explained that section Foreign components in weapons will be regularly updated and improved. Later it is planned to add the ability to subscribe to update the list.
— Every time NAPC adds a new component, everyone will receive notifications about it, — the agency explained.
NAPC recalled that the agency’s role in sanctions policy is defined in the Individual Sanctions Roadmap developed by the Stanford International Working Group on Russian Sanctions. Therefore, NAPC identifies companies supplying electronic components to Russia, strengthening the military potential of the terrorist state.
