A Russian propaganda campaign was recorded in Ukraine on the eve of the entry into force of the law on mobilization. Her goal — to discredit the authorities as much as possible and disrupt the process of replenishing the Ukrainian army.
Russian IPSO on mobilization in Ukraine — what fakes are being spread
According to the Center for Countering Disinformation, the enemy is using all available media resources to promote the main fake narratives of the Russian IPSO. Among them:
- Ukraine turns into North Korea and a large concentration camp;
- Ukrainian authorities are curtailing all human rights and freedoms;
- especially severe repressions will begin in the near future;
- Ukrainian authorities are completely corrupt, and mobilization is unfair;
- Ukraine is preparing to mobilize women, teenagers, pensioners and people with disabilities.
Russian propagandists are distributing advice on how to avoid mobilization and illegally leave the territory of Ukraine, as well as calls for mass unrest, draw attention to the Center for Countering Disinformation.

According to analysts, in this way the enemy is trying to discredit the process of mobilization into the Defense Forces in order to destabilize the situation in Ukraine as much as possible against the backdrop of the Russian offensive at the front.
