Residents of the Volgograd region reported an attack by drones. A video of the detonation of ammunition is already circulating on the Internet.

Local Russians said that a fire also broke out in the village of Sady Pridonya in the Gorodischevskiy district. An ammunition depot in the village of Kotluban may also be on fire, writes 24 Channel.

A large ammunition arsenal in the village of Kotluban in the Volgograd Region was one of the targets of the UAVs, one of the Russian Telegram channels stated.

One of the Telegram channels noted that there is no information yet that the arsenal of military unit 57229-51 of the Russians between Samofalovka and Kotluban is on fire. However, several fires broke out near the village of Sady Pridonya, which is 14 kilometers to the northwest.

Later, the Russians published a video of a powerful fire and noted that the fire in Kotluban was the result of a drone attack.

Another Telegram channel noted that it was probably an ammunition depot in Kotluban in the Volgograd region that was on fire.

Volgograd Region Governor Andrei Bocharov commented on the situation in the region. He announced that drones had been “shot down”.

There are no casualties or damage to civilian or military facilities, Bocharov traditionally stated.

According to him, only dry grass caught fire due to falling debris, and rescuers allegedly quickly extinguished the fire.
