The Volgograd Oil Refinery (Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka) is the sixth largest oil refinery in Russia.
The design processing capacity is about 14 million tons of oil per year.
The plant produces gasoline, diesel fuel, fuel oil and aviation fuel.
