A new service has been launched in Ukraine: now you can replace your car’s registration certificate using the Diia app.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development.
Replacing a vehicle registration certificate online: how to use the service
The service will help drivers in cases of loss or damage of the registration certificate, changes to license plates or personal data, and also if the owner wants to switch to a digital document format.

The new registration certificate will be delivered via a Ukrposhta branch or courier.
The service is available only to adult citizens who have a tax number, a biometric document in Diia, as well as a registered vehicle, the details of which are already reflected in the application.
The Ministry of Digital Development reminded: if the owner of a car changes its technical characteristics (for example, engine capacity or fuel type), it is necessary to contact the Ministry of Internal Affairs service center directly.
Let us recall that the Diia application is a digital platform that simplifies citizens' interaction with government services. With its help, you can get certificates, draw up documents, register a business, apply for payments, etc.
