People with different views and interests serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ukrainians are very attentive, because they want to take into account the needs of everyone.
In particular, in order for vegetarians in the Armed Forces of Ukraine to be able to receive rations for their needs, they made a petition. She has already gained the required 25,000 votes.
What problems will these dry rations solve
The petition was registered on June 27, and now, when the number of votes is needed, Vladimir Zelensky should consider it.
According to Petr Pavlov, the author of the petition, the military in Ukraine has some dietary restrictions. If you introduce additional ones, taking into account the individual characteristics of the military, they will be able to solve a number of problems.
As an example, let's take the implementation of this in the US Army: Vegetarian American military MRE, that is, food ready to eat with the content layout Menu 11, 12, 13, 14 (Vegeterian). This variety is necessary not for “eating”, but for adequate nutrition, on which the performance of the military depends on their official duties, – the author explained.
Vegetarian and vegan dry rations are intended for:
- < li>people who do not eat meat and animal products for ethical reasons;
- people with religious beliefs, for whom vegan fasting is especially common;
- people with limited ability to digest lactose;
- people with occasional digestive problems.
The author of the petition also noted that the implementation of this initiative will bring the Armed Forces of Ukraine closer to NATO standards, will not require financial investments, will preserve the ecosystem, and will also help maintain the health of the military.
What else petitions addressed to Zelensky
- On September 4, Volodymyr Zelensky published a response to a petition to legalize porn and erotica in Ukraine. Zelensky turned to Denys Shmyhal to instruct him to work out the petition and inform the author of the appeal about the results of the consideration.
- Also, the petition on mandatory exams in the Ukrainian language and history for obtaining citizenship received the required number of votes. He again turned to Shmyhal and summed up that the author of the petition would be informed about the results of the consideration.
