Political scientist Igor Chalenko told about this on Channel 24. According to him, the Russians in their telegram channels said that they had found Ukrainian military documents in the occupied territories. They testify that Ukraine was preparing only for defense.
“No document indicating that we, for example, will attack Belgorod or even the territory of ORDLO, was found and did not exist,” Chalenko emphasized.

The expert noted that the Russians allegedly claim that this is all because of the “Western countries”. He suggested that further they would explain the failures not by the war with NATO, but by the United States.
“The next stage will be Freemasons. And where will we go even further? Perhaps it will already be psychics who will talk about some spirits attacking Russians on the territory of Ukraine. And that there is a war for great Orthodoxy here,” he fantasized about possible expert propaganda videos.
Igor Chalenko noted that there are completely different explanations. However, what matters is the fact of the action and what it leads to.
