In July, there are no plans to increase prices for gas, electricity and water supply at the national level.

Gas price: will the tariff change in July

As for clients of other gas supply companies, annual prices for blue fuel in July for them will fluctuate in the range from UAH 7.79 to UAH 9.99 per cubic meter, as in previous months.

However, monthly prices may change depending on market trends. But the basic ones are the annual tariff offers.

Electricity tariffs from July 1, 2025

Back in April, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted a resolution according to which electricity tariffs for the population will remain unchanged until October 31, 2025.

This means that in July Ukrainians will continue to pay UAH 4.32 per kWh for consumed electricity, and for users of two-zone meters the so-called night tariff (from 23:00 to 07:00) applies – UAH 2.16 per kWh.

This means that the price of electricity for household consumers will not change until November.

It is also worth recalling that from July 1, 2025, the standard of electrical network voltage in Ukraine will officially change – 230 volts instead of 220, but this will not affect the cost of services.

Earlier, Ukrenergo stated that they do not plan to apply power outage schedules in the summer unless the Russian Federation attacks energy facilities again.

As of mid-June, Ukraine produces enough electricity, sometimes even selling it abroad.

Water supply tariffs from July 1

An increase in tariffs for water supply and sanitation from July 1, 2025 at the level of the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities (NKREKU) is not expected.

This means that in July the amount for water in utility bills will not change.

However, it should not be forgotten that the cost of this service varies depending on the region and local authorities can raise tariffs on their own, without coordination with the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission.

Therefore, consumers need to contact their supplier to know the exact price of water.
