Revenge date Oleksandr Usyk and Tyson Fury were officially confirmed in August by the head of the Saudi Arabian Entertainment Authority, Turki Al ash-Sheikh, on the X social network.
The WBO, WBA and IBO championship belts, which the Ukrainian owns, will be at stake in the Usyk and Fury fight.

Usyk — rematch Fury: when and where the fight
Usyk and Fury will have their second face-to-face fight this year in the same place where the boxers had their first. The rematch between Usyk and Fury will take place on at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Date of the rematch Usyk — Fury — December 21, 2024.
It is not yet known what time Usyk and Fury will enter the ring, but their appearance is expected after the undercard fights approximately at 01:00 Kyiv time.
According to the contract, the boxers did not have the right to hold other fights before the rematch. Therefore, Usyk — Fury 2 will be the next fight for both Alexander and Tyson.
At stake in the rematch fight Usyk — Fury will hold the WBO, WBA and IBO championship belts. Unlike the first fight, the boxers will not be fighting for the title of absolute heavyweight champion, since Usyk vacated the IBF belt.
Recall that on May 18, Oleksandr Usyk won a split decision victory over Fury. The Ukrainian inflicted the first defeat of the Briton's career.
Thanks to the victory, Usyk unified four championship titles in the heavyweight division, and the royal division received an absolute world champion for the first time since 1999.
