The head of the US Department of Defense stated this at a briefing following the results of a meeting with the Latvian minister, Channel 24 reports.Asked by a journalist about arms assistance to Ukraine, Austin replied that the United States of America has already made a significant contribution to supporting the security of our state. At the same time, he stressed that the United States is only one of a number of countries, because there are already 50 states working together to provide consolidated military assistance to Kyiv.
