US Secretary of State Antony Blinken assured that Washington has a clear action plan to provide Ukraine with assistance to protect itself from Russian aggression.
He wrote about this on Twitter (X), reposting a statement by US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, who joined the statement of US officials in which they called on Congress to fully support Biden’s request to extend direct budget support for Ukraine.
Blinken noted that Russia has started a war against Ukraine and could end it at any time by withdrawing its troops and ending its brutal attacks.

“Until she does this, the United States has a clear plan of action: to help Ukraine defend itself, support the Ukrainian people, and bring the Russian Federation to justice,” the Secretary of State noted.
The day before, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin and US Agency for International Development Administrator Samantha Power called on the US Congress to approve the provision of $11.8 billion in direct budget support to Ukraine as part of Joe Biden's additional package.
