Every day in the Donbass in eastern Ukraine, up to a thousand Ukrainian soldiers are killed or injured. David Arakhamia, head of the Servant of the People faction, spoke about this.
The death toll has increased
According to Arakhamia, the average figure per day is from 200 to 500 killed and many more wounded.
President Volodymyr Zelensky on June 1 stated that every day Ukraine loses from 60 to 100 Ukrainian soldiers. The reason for this is that Russia has stepped up its offensive against the Donbass. Arakhamia explained that it was over the past two weeks that this number has grown significantly.
At the same time, the politician assured that Ukraine has recruited a million people into the army and has the opportunity to recruit another two million. This means that the military is there to continue the fight in Donbas.

The head of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, said the level of casualties among Ukrainians is difficult to estimate. But the media previously reported about 100 dead and up to 300 wounded daily, and this is “based on US estimates.”
But Milley drew attention to the fact that Russia suffered huge losses in this war, while Ukraine is fighting effectively .
At the same time, David Arakhamia argued that Ukraine lacked weapons and ammunition to match Russia in “one of the biggest battles of the 21st century.” The head of the Servant of the People faction assured that we have people trained to attack, counterattack, but this requires weapons.

- The Lvov paratroopers also spoke about the successful liquidation. After all, on June 15 they destroyed two elite tanks of Russia T-90 “Vladimir”. Each of them needed only one accurate shot from the Javelin. One tank was completely torn apart after being hit by an anti-tank missile system, it exploded, and the wreckage left a trail of smoke behind it. And from the “Vladimir” a multi-meter jet of fire escaped from the hatch on the tower. Because, probably, all the ammunition and the crew burned out there at that moment.
