Until what date can I submit documents to the university?

Admission based on a creative competition or interview

Those who enter a university not based on the results of the NMT, but on the basis of interviews or creative competitions, must pre-register to participate in these tests.

  • From July 3 to July 10, you need to register for creative competitions and interviews if you want to study on a budget.
  • From July 3 to July 25, the same registration is valid for those who plan to enroll on a contract basis.

Registration for entrance examinations is not equivalent to submitting an application for admission. These are two separate steps. If you are applying through a creative competition, you need to register for the competition separately and submit an application for admission separately in your online account.

So, if you are applying based on a creative competition or interview, you must first apply for participation in this competition or interview – from July 3 to July 10, having previously created your own account on July 1 in the EGBO database. After that, from July 19, you must apply for admission.

Deadlines for submitting documents to the university

Admission based on NMT

Those who are applying on the basis of the NMT must submit applications from July 19 to August 1 – these are the days when they will accept documents for the budget and contract for applicants who pass the NMT.

An applicant can submit up to 15 applications for admission, of which no more than five are for state-funded places (budget).

After submitting applications, it is important to regularly check their status in your online account.

Pay special attention to the status : Requires clarification by the applicant.

This means that your application has been accepted, but there are inaccuracies or some information is missing.

The institution of higher education will indicate what exactly needs to be clarified and how to do it.

When is the deadline for submitting documents to the university and what to do next

By August 6, the ranking lists of applicants recommended for admission to the budget must be published.

By August 9, recommended applicants must submit original documents to the chosen university. This includes a certificate, passport, taxpayer identification number, and military registration document (for young men).

For admission to contract-based education, universities may independently establish additional application sessions.

The exact dates of such sessions should be looked at in the Admission Rules of each specific institution.
