On Monday, June 17, an explosion of unknown ammunition occurred at a military training ground in Libau. Rescuers arrived at the scene. At least two helicopters are helping to eliminate the consequences and evacuate the victims.

At the same time, the Czech defense department confirmed the presence of wounded, but their number is kept silent. An ambulance service spokeswoman confirmed that two rescue teams were dispatched to the scene. However, she was unable to provide more information.

Note that the Libov Military District is located in Olomouc region. It covers approximately 240 square kilometers and was founded in 1946. The military territory is not accessible to visitors, it is open only in exceptional cases.
