On Wednesday, November 20, by order of Ukrenergo, most regions of the country applied power outage schedules. However, in some regions these restrictions were lifted.
According to Ukrenergo's instructions, hourly power outages were cancelled today by Kharkivoblenergo, Lvivoblenergo, Rivneoblenergo, Sumyoblenergo, Zakarpattyaoblenergo, Prykarpattyaoblenergo, Ternopiloblenergo.

On November 20, in a number of regions where power outage schedules were not applied on previous days, namely November 18 and 19, restrictions were lifted today. This concerns the following regions:

On Wednesday, Kharkiv and Sumy regions joined this list. That is, there will be no power outage there today.

Ukrenergo reported that power outages in Ukraine will be in one turn from 6:00 to 22 :00. This is a forced step due to damage to power facilities following the Russian attack on November 17.
