The government adopted a resolution that will allow Ukrainians to simply send messages through Diya and record the fact of damage to property as a result of the actions of Russian invaders.
Prime Minister Denys Shmigal said that on March 26 the government adopted a resolution on the procedure for collecting and recording information about property damaged and destroyed by the occupiers.
In particular, this can be done through the portal and application “Diya” in a week.
Every Ukrainian whose house was destroyed by the war will be able to send a message through “Diya” and record the fact of damage. Subsequently, thanks to this information, the government will be able to calculate the losses and estimate how much money is needed for restoration,” Shmigal said.
The Prime Minister noted that Ukraine will rebuild everything: every house, every apartment, every street every affected city. “And this process is already beginning – with the collection of information and fixing the damage,” he added.
By the way, during the month of the war in Ukraine, Russian troops destroyed entire cities, infrastructure, residential complexes, bridges and roads. And in order to start restoration, as Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, we need peace.

Last week, I announced that the Government would soon develop a mechanism for fixing the damage to every Ukrainian whose property was destroyed by the war.
Today, the Government adopted a resolution on the procedure for collecting and recording information about real estate damaged and destroyed as a result of hostilities through the Action portal and app.
Already a week after the entry into force of the resolution, every Ukrainian whose house was destroyed by the war will be able to send a message through the Action and record the fact of damage, so that we can calculate the losses and estimate how much money Ukraine needs for restoration.
We will rebuild everything: every house, every apartment, every street of the affected city. And this process begins now – with the collection of information and fixing losses.
