We learned about Mikhail Dianov in the spring of 2022. Then his photo with a broken arm from Azovstal spread around the world. The military also had bullet wounds in both legs.
In May 2022, Mikhail Dianov, along with other defenders, was captured. The fighter and more than 200 of his brothers were released late in the evening of September 21. Outwardly, it was immediately noticeable how he had lost weight.
According to the military sister, the bone in the hand did not grow together, there are not enough 4 centimeters. It is known in advance that the treatment and recovery will take a long time.
How to help the defender
Now Mikhail needs financial, moral, social, and medical assistance.

Russians tortured Ukrainians in captivity
- The captives who were returned to exchanged on September 21, are in a different state. Kirill Budanov, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense, said that many of them were tortured by the Russian military.
- According to Budanov, there are people who are physically in more or less normal condition, with the exception of chronic malnutrition. However, there are also those to whom the invaders used torture. And the percentage of such people is large.
