Every citizen of Ukraine who suffered from Russian aggression can receive compensation. Its size is from 5,000 to 30,000 euros.

Should have time to apply statement within four months of the violation of your rights. This was announced by the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
Such an application should be submitted to the European Court of Human Rights. This must be done no later than January 16, 2023.

- Send an application at one of the branches of Ukrposhta
It is noted that you can fill out a relative’s application if he cannot submit it yourself. The term for consideration of an application can be from one year .
The list of situations that give the right to apply to the ECtHR:
- death of a relative;
- destroyed housing;
- injuries;
- illegal confinement;
- torture;
- rape or enforced disappearance of a person, etc.< /li>
