At the same time, the control cable for the air coolers was damaged, resulting in the shutdown of seven refrigerators. The chimney of the P-1 furnace was also mutilated.

LLC Lukoil-Volgogradneftepererabotka — it is the largest producer of petroleum products in the Southern Federal District in Russia. The plant's capacity is 14.8 million tons. The refinery belongs to PJSC Lukoil.
