Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky rejects the possibility of exporting domestic weapons to other countries for a number of reasons.
The head of state stated this in response to a question from the host of the ICTV Fakty program Oksana Gutsayt.
Why Ukraine will not export weapons
— A very serious matter. I rule out the possibility of exporting weapons. It is very dangerous if we export to someone — it may then end up in Russia. The second story: this should only be among the Rammstein circle — countries where we can export because they helped us, — explained the President of Ukraine.
According to him, even among those Ramstein countries there are states that gave money for the production of drones on the territory of Ukraine.

What do you think, if Denmark itself gives $600 million for domestic production of drones in Ukraine, does it really want to take these UAVs for itself? But I don't think that we have the right to export there, who did not help us with weapons, — the head of state emphasized.
The President of Ukraine noted that the Ministry of Defense should develop proposals and speed up as much as possible in order to obtain additional funds for the purchase of domestically produced weapons.
— I asked the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Strategic Industry to develop contracts with our high-quality companies that provide the very product that they use. By the way, which everyone wants to buy abroad. Offer them contracts for 3-5 years. Such long contracts. They must develop, — said Vladimir Zelensky.
