Guarantees must be in the form of an agreement to be signed and ratified by all guarantor countries. In the event of any aggression against Ukraine, consultations must be held within 3 days, after which the guarantor countries must provide us with military assistance with armed forces, weapons, and close the airspace, Tymoshenko noted.

Among the guarantors, the negotiators see countries The UN Security Council is: Great Britain, China, Russia, USA, France, Turkey, Germany, Canada, Italy, Poland, Israel.

“If other countries want to join, we will give them such a right,” said Tymoshenko.

According to Tymoshenko, temporary guarantees will not work on the territory of the occupied Crimea and ORDLO. All guarantor countries will not object and help Ukraine's accession to the EU.

“They must receive public support for the proposed solution,” he added.
