Ukraine will not join military blocs if security guarantees work, – Chaly/Social networks
On March 29, the first day of negotiations between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations started in Turkey. The parties of both countries discussed the legal aspects of the system of security guarantees proposed by Ukraine.
Oleksandr Chaly commented on the possibility of Ukraine joining military political unions, Channel 24 reports.

According to Chaly, this is already historically recorded in our Declaration of Sovereignty for 1990.
