Ukraine will not forgive Russia for a full-scale aggressive brutal war — this is the moment of no return.
The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said this during an interview with representatives of Latin American media in Buenos Aires.
— Nobody wants to forgive Russia. Nobody will forgive them. And definitely — they will not be able to occupy Ukraine, because they will be set on fire in our houses every day if they go there, occupy and live. Definitely — this is the moment of no return because they killed so many people and in every family we have some kind of loss — Zelensky noted.

He believes that Russia will not be able to realize its declared goals in the war against Ukraine.
In particular, the head of state noted that certain steps must be taken to end the war.
— Of course, we want to end it so that it doesn’t start again. We need specific security guarantees, — Zelensky said and added that these could be legal guarantees or providing Ukraine with weapons that can be used to stop the Russian Federation.
He said that Ukrainians have only one desire: for the war to end, to live peacefully on their land and for the occupiers to never invade our country again.
Separately, Zelensky noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin does not need peace, because he is not interested in an independent Ukraine, which he needs only as a part and enclave within the Russian Federation.
— He doesn't want any dialogue. He doesn't want to stop the war. For him, today is to stop the war — it's just two words on the phone. Two words to say to your troops. Just retreat to their territory, — Zelensky said.

He noted that if there is a desire to solve a problem, then one must understand that this should be in the interests of all parties.
— We want to end the war. What is “we”? This cannot be a generalized understanding. Ukraine wants to restore its integrity — is to restore peace to our land. We have our territory. Why do we want to restore the entire territory? Because there are people who are under occupation, — emphasized the President of Ukraine.
Zelensky noted that he cannot trade with Ukrainians who find themselves under occupation.
At the same time, according to him, the President of the Russian Federation does not seek to restore the territorial integrity of Ukraine, and everything that the Kremlin dictator says — not true.
In particular, as Zelensky recalled, in 2014 Putin started a war under the pretext of protecting the Russian-speaking population.
In this regard, the President of Ukraine noted that all the cities in eastern Ukraine that were destroyed by the occupying army of the Russian Federation were Russian-speaking.
