Ukraine will fight, – Zelensky/Office of the President
When Ukraine says that it will restore all its territories, it means only one thing – we will return all our territories. This is about independence and sovereignty.
Vladimir Zelensky said this during a Ukrainian breakfast in Davos, Channel 24 reports.
The President of Ukraine is convinced that this stage of the bloody war can turn into a format of diplomatic negotiations with the participation of the presidents of Russia and Ukraine.
Our strategic partners can join the negotiations. We will go for it when we understand that Russia shows a desire to move from a bloody war into diplomacy. The demonstration of such steps on the part of Russia includes the withdrawal of Russian troops to the borders that were before February 24th. Zelensky said.
According to Zelensky, the Russians do not take the negotiations seriously. There is no interest.
“The only positive moment, if you can call it that, is that the parties began to talk about the unblocking of Azovstal and the removal of people from Mariupol,” the Ukrainian leader added.
What can unlock the talks between Ukraine and Russia
Recently it became known that the negotiations between the delegations of Ukraine and Russia stopped. However, they can still be restored. Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Presidential Office, said that the negotiation process with the aggressor country could be unblocked for two reasons:
- when the President of Ukraine says that it is not clear on the road map what positions we can hold,

- when the political elite of Russia will adequately perceive everything and see the reality.

Earlier, Podolyak said that the UN had expressed concern about a possible famine that could arise due to Russia's blockade of the Black Sea. According to the UN, it is necessary to cease fire so that Ukraine can export its grain.
Podolyak stressed that this can be done, but without a ceasefire. The adviser to the head of the President's Office stressed that Ukrainians are not interested in the new “Minsk” and the return of the war in a few years.
Do not offer us a ceasefire – this is impossible without a total withdrawal of Russian troops. Until Russia is ready to completely liberate our lands, our negotiating platform is weapons, sanctions and money. – stressed the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office.
The Office of the President has repeatedly noted that the Ukrainian troops want to push the invaders not only to the territory from which they started their “special operation”, but further. And this is now a matter of principle for Ukraine.
