The draw for the group stage of the 2025 European Football Championship among U-21 teams took place in Bratislava.
Following the procedure, the Ukrainian U-21 team learned their opponents in the quartet.
The blue-yellows got into the tournament directly through the ranking of the best second places in the selection. In the qualification, our team was one point behind their peers from England.

Before the draw, Ukraine was placed in the second basket along with such teams as Italy, France and Germany.
Results of the draw for the 2025 Euro U-21
According to the results of the draw, Unai Melgosa's team ended up in Group D, where their opponents will be the teams of the Netherlands, Finland and Denmark.
- Group A: Slovakia, Spain, Italy, Romania;
- Group B: Czech Republic, England, Germany, Slovenia, Slovenia;
- Group C: Portugal, France, Poland, Georgia;
- Group D: Finland, Netherlands, Ukraine, Denmark.
The 2025 European U-21 Championship will be held in Slovakia.
The blue-and-yellows will play the first two matches in Prešov, which is 40 km from Košice and less than two hours' drive from Uzhgorod. Another game will be held in Košice.

- Round 1, June 12: Ukraine — Denmark;
- Round 2, June 15: Finland — Ukraine;
- Round 3, June 18: Netherlands — Ukraine.
The top two teams from the group will advance to the playoffs. The teams from Group D will play in the playoffs against the teams from Group C, which includes Portugal, France, Poland and Georgia.
