Ukraine to join EU roaming area, – European Commission

European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced that Ukraine will join the EU roaming zone.

Ursula announced this during her State of the Union address in the European Parliament.

Following the EU-Ukraine Association Council meeting on September 5, the EU stressed its commitment to explore the possibilities of a long-term agreement on the abolition of roaming charges between the EU and Ukraine.

By the way, the president announced today that she was going to Kyiv. And one of the topics for discussion with President Volodymyr Zelensky will be the introduction of Ukraine into the free European roaming zone.
