President Vladimir Zelensky said, that a peace plan will be ready by November. Its development will be preceded by a series of negotiations with different countries regarding the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

The President of Ukraine spoke about this in an interview with Japanese media. Vladimir Zelensky called the plan a “road map for achieving peace.”

Development of a peace plan

I have assigned this task to the Office of the President and diplomatic teams. The plan will be ready by the end of November, Zelensky said.

The head of state named three main factors for a just end to the war. According to the president, these are patience, support and diplomatic pressure. In addition, Zelensky noted the importance of maintaining the unity of the United States and Europe as a factor of additional pressure on Russia.

Zelensky also noted that he cannot respond positively to calls for a ceasefire while part of the Ukrainian the territory remains under occupation.
