Vladimir Zelensky said that Ukraine still cannot determine the exact number of deaths. After all, the rubble after enemy attacks is still cleared up.
On April 11, the Ukrainian president addressed the parliament of South Korea. Volodymyr Zelensky spoke about the difficulty in establishing the exact number of victims of Russian aggression.

We still cannot determine the number of dead – from north to south of the country, in all areas where Russian shells reached and their bombs exploded,” the head of state noted.
He stressed that the rubble is still being cleared there. In addition, active hostilities continue on part of Ukrainian territories.
The President also noted that the Russians are deliberately destroying civilian infrastructure. The occupiers are destroying oil depots, airports, train stations, manufacturing plants, universities, hospitals, and residential buildings. The invaders are trying to destroy dozens of Ukrainian cities.
