Ukraine managed to return another 90 of our people home from Russian captivity.
Information about the exchange of prisoners was confirmed today by the Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky and Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmitry Lubinets.

In particular, 32 National Guardsmen, 18 border guards, 17 representatives of the Navy, 15 Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers and eight Teroboron members returned home.

In particular, we managed to return 59 defenders of Mariupol, of which 52 were fighters who left Azovstal. Five national guardsmen who guarded the Chernobyl nuclear power plant were released from captivity.
In total, Ukrainians who were captured by Russia in the Kherson, Donetsk, Kharkov, Zaporizhia and Lugansk directions are returning home.

Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets said that a total of 3.3 thousand Ukrainians have already been returned home from Russian captivity.
