Moldova and Ukraine are joining forces to ensure stability and prevent provocations in the so-called Transnistria. That is why Putin's “parrots” are not very good at following orders from the Kremlin and implementing the escalation scenario.

He added that at a joint press conference on January 25, Moldovan President Maia Sandu and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky rejected Russia's claims to be a mediator and guarantor in the so-called Transnistrian settlement process.

According to Nontoi, more than 70% of the contingent of the operational group of Russian troops are residents of the left bank who have received Russian citizenship. They went to serve not because of loyalty to Vladimir Putin, but for the sake of a contract and rations. After all, it is difficult to find a normally paid job in this depressed region.

The Moldovan deputy is convinced that the Kremlin's goal is to carry out a coup d'etat in Moldova in order to turn the country into a bridgehead behind Ukraine and on the border with NATO and the European Union.
