Ukraine plans to introduce three new packages of sanctions against Russia, which will affect the shadow fleet of the Russian Federation, propagandists and those who help remove Ukrainian monuments.
This was announced during a meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksandr Litvinenko.

In turn, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksandr Litvinenko noted that three new packages of sanctions against individuals and legal entities of the Russian Federation are already being prepared.
— The Security Service, together with the intelligence agencies, the Foreign Intelligence Service and the Main Intelligence Directorate, proposes to impose sanctions on 83 individuals for facilitating the export of Russian oil products and products of the aggressor state. We are talking about a “shadow fleet,” Litvinenko said.
He also added that the second package of sanctions proposed by the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy will include 41 individuals and 47 legal entities. These are producers of Russian propaganda films and companies that specialize in distributing materials with anti-Ukrainian content.
The third package of sanctions, as the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council said, formed by the SBU based on the materials of the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy, will be introduced against Russians who facilitated the removal of Ukrainian property from museums in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
