Today, air defense remains a priority for Ukraine — air defense systems, missiles for them, and air defense drones. Therefore, Ukraine is preparing new agreements with partners, which it expects to sign in the coming weeks.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated this in his video address.
Supreme Commander-in-Chief Headquarters: Situation at the Front
Zelensky said that at the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief he heard from the military about the situation on the front, primarily in the Pokrovsk and Novopavlovsk directions, as well as in the Orekhov direction and Sumy region.

Separately, the military reported to the president on the situation on Russian territory in the border area: in the Kursk and Belgorod regions.
“The occupiers will not feel any peace there,” noted Vladimir Zelensky.
We also discussed in detail the use of drones at the front. After all, they are the ones that help contain Russian assaults and ensure our active actions.
Strengthening air defense for Ukraine
During the Headquarters, most attention was paid to strengthening air defense, in particular, we are talking about air defense systems, missiles for them and air defense drones. Today, this is a priority for Ukraine, so new agreements with partners are being prepared
– We expect to formalize these agreements in the coming weeks. Step by step, we are closing the funding gap for the production of drones and drone interceptors and filling Ukrainian production lines with clear orders.
We are also working with partners so that production in their countries works to the maximum extent possible – for our joint protection now and for the time after the war – for the arsenal of our partners, – emphasized President Zelensky.
In addition, Ukraine works with all leaders and countries that can help us with investments, components or production.
