This was told by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov. The Russians do not cross the border so as not to lose their ships again.

Reznikov said that Ukraine has something to sink Russian ships, but at a certain distance.
They know this distance and do not cross the border – it is 200 kilometers from the coastline. They have, according to our estimates, five missile carriers and three submarines. We know eight targets, – said the Minister of Defense.
He summed up that the Ministry of Defense is now working very fruitfully to get all these occupant ships.

- On November 11, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov announced the start of fundraising for the world's first fleet of marine drones, which will be carried out by the fundraising platform United24.
- According to Fedorov, Kiev aims to raise money for 100 sea drones of Ukrainian production. One such device costs 10 million hryvnias.
- After 5 days, United24 reported that they had already managed to raise the necessary funds for 25 marine drones.
- On November 19, it became known that the Lithuanians had collected 250 one thousand dollars. for the second sea drone for Ukraine and started collecting for the third one. The names of all are ironic – “PEACE Dec”, “Yes to peace” or “PEACE Yes” and “PEACE Duke” or “Duke of Peace”.
Important! Marine drones have already shown excellent results at the front – they attacked the Russian fleet in Sevastopol, hitting 3 Russian ships. This is the first naval attack in history carried out exclusively by unmanned means. Russia has lost an unconditional advantage on the water.
