Jens Stoltenberg said that Ukraine has an “impulse” in the war with Russia. Meanwhile, the occupying country has no success on the battlefield and attacks with missiles.
On October 11, Stoltenberg spoke at a press conference in Brussels. There, the NATO Secretary General noted that Russia is not able to achieve what it wants on the battlefield. Therefore, the occupying country is undertaking terrible attacks on civilian infrastructure and civilians in Ukraine.
NATO Secretary General stressed that Putin started this war and must end it.
