This was announced by the head of intelligence of the Ministry of Defense Kirill Budanov. According to him, one of the keys to the effectiveness of the Ukrainian forces in the war is the collection of intelligence.
He claims that the Ukrainians were initially prepared.
We have a lot of informers in the Russian army, and not only in the army, but also in their political circles and leadership,” said Kirill Budanov.
Head intelligence claims that already in November 2021 they knew about the intentions of the Russians, and you see that everything happened like that. At the same time, the date has changed several times.
Budanov said intelligence means the Ukrainians are ready to invade.
