Ukraine finally banned 12 pro-Russian parties

12 pro-Russian parties have been finally banned in Ukraine. This was done at the initiative of the Security Service.

Recently, the Administrative Court of Cassation canceled the complaint one of such political forces, namely the “Socialist Party of Ukraine”. From now on, the activity of 12 pro-Russian parties has been completely banned in Ukraine.

It is noted that the decision to ban the functioning of the “Socialist Party of Ukraine” was made on the basis of a presidential decree and a decision of the National Security and Defense Council. They are based on evidence of the destructive activities of the party, collected as part of the SBU's response to threats to national security.

We are talking primarily about demonstrative support and popularization of Russia's aggressive anti-Ukrainian policy, both at the level of the leadership and “ordinary” members of this party association.

Full list of pro-Russian parties banned in Ukraine:

  • “Opposition Bloc”;
  • “Socialists”;
  • Justice and Development Party;
  • “Ours”;
  • “State “;
  • “Shariy's Party”;
  • “Vladimir Saldo's Bloc”;
  • “Left Opposition”;
  • “Union of Left Forces “;
  • “Opposition Platform – During Life”;
  • “Progressive Socialist Party of Ukraine”;
  • “Socialist Party of Ukraine”.

In the course of the investigation, it was established that representatives of these political forces were directly involved in establishing the occupation regime in the territories of Ukraine occupied by the Russian Federation and organizing and holding fake “referendums” in these territories.

Since the beginning of the large-scale invasion In Russia, on the facts of the activities of their functionaries, investigators initiated more than 80 pre-trial investigations, in particular, against deputies of councils of various levels. As part of these proceedings, 37 suspicions were announced.

Some of the defendants are hiding from justice in the territory of the aggressor country.
