On the sidelines of the fourth meeting of national security advisers on the implementation of the Peace Formula, which takes place on January 14 in Davos, Switzerland, Ukraine began bilateral negotiations with Romania on concluding an agreement on security guarantees.
The negotiations took place with the participation of the head of the Presidential Office Andrei Ermak and the Secretary of State of the Romanian Foreign Ministry Iulian Fota.
