Russian troops shelled the Kherson region. The village of Veletenskoye, Belozersk community, and the city of Kherson came under enemy attack. We already know about the injured citizens.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office. In particular, on November 18 at 13:20, the enemy fired artillery fire at the village of Veletenskoye. A 52-year-old man was wounded and diagnosed with blast trauma, chest and leg wounds.
The local resident received medical assistance and is now in the surgical department of the hospital.

Due to Russian shelling around 14:30 in Kherson, a 43-year-old man was injured. The OVA clarified that this is a volunteer who came under attack from a drone in his own car. He was taken to the hospital with blast injuries and shrapnel wounds.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched in criminal proceedings into violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to OVA information, over the past 24 hours the Russian army carried out 101 shellings in the Kherson region. The occupiers fired 577 shells from mortars, artillery, Grad MLRS, tanks, LNG, AGS, drones and aircraft. The enemy fired 26 shells at Kherson.
The OVA noted that the Russian military entered residential areas of the Kherson region and a cultural center in the Berislavsky district. Because of Russian aggression, one person died and three more people were injured.
