As Andryushchenko explained, in fact there are 2 branches of influence in Mariupol, and both “FSBs”. However, behind the first is the FSB, headed by Pushilin, and behind the second, the FSB with State Duma deputy Shablin and the same Ivanov. They are trying to divide Mariupol among themselves.
At present, the FSB officers with Pushilin have more influence. When, at the end of May and the beginning of summer, internal civil strife also flared up among the infidels in Mariupol, the Pushilin group won and came to the fore. Now it was she who took over the distribution of budget money.
Meanwhile, the Shablin-Ivanov group took over the criminal sphere. If Pushilin and his apostates for the most part scatter the budget money of Russia, then Sablin and Ivanov take money from people. They returned Mariupol and the Mariupol region to the 90s. Thanks to them, racketeering and raiding flourish there, not only crops are taken away from farmers, but everything that is left, and business from entrepreneurs.

The Ukrainian side watches them with pleasure and hopes that the occupiers and collaborators in Mariupol will destroy each other at such a pace. Judging by the assassination attempt on Ivashchenko, they are already on the right track.
Note that Andryushchenko also reported that one of the local collaborators' car caught fire. He also called this the consequences of Ivanov's criminal struggle and said that a new wave of assassination attempts, explosions and arson should be expected.
