According to him, the signing of such agreements “demonstrates a high level of interest in cooperation with our defense industry”.

— There are good prospects and we hope for joint projects for the production of ammunition in the Czech Republic or in safe places in Ukraine. And also for general repairs of MI type helicopters in the Czech Republic,” he added.

In turn, Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala said that one of the areas of cooperation could also be the modernization and construction of new nuclear units, in particular, the Czech Republic could supply components for nuclear power plants.

Schmigal also noted that at the meeting, a total of 5 agreements and memorandums were signed, in particular on cooperation in the fight against crime, joint work in the field of energy and the development of the space industry. In addition, a memorandum was signed between the Ministry of Health of our country and the Czech Republic – the states will jointly implement the construction of rehabilitation centers and equip our hospitals with new modern equipment.
