The Ministry of Justice sent a petition to Austria for the extradition of Oleksandr Tupytsky, ex-Chairman of the Constitutional Court, to Ukraine.

Tupitsky says that he left legally

He himself claims that he has an appropriate certificate of release from mobilization as a judge and left Ukraine across the border with Hungary for family reasons. Tupitsky is suspected of what

Tupitsky is suspected of bribing a witness and misleading the court in the case of the former chairman of the Supreme Economic Court Viktor Tatkov and the Zuevsky Energy Mechanical Plant.

In May, Tupitsky was put on the international wanted list. He was also allowed to be extradited from Austria.
