US President Donald Trump has expressed interest in Ukraine's achievements in arms production, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak reported.
Trump Discussed Ukraine's Experience in Weapons Production
“I can reveal an insider’s note that during the last meeting, which, it seems to me, was very good between President Zelensky and President Trump, President Trump devoted a lot of time to discussing Ukraine’s achievements in arms production,” Yermak noted during the Forum of Government and Business: From Dialogue to Partnership on Friday in Kyiv.
According to him, Trump “asked a lot of questions and it was clear that he was very interested.”
This clearly demonstrates that the United States is interested in cooperation with Ukraine, the head of the OP said.

Zelensky and Trump meet at NATO summit
Let us recall that on June 25, on the sidelines of the NATO summit in The Hague, Volodymyr Zelensky and Donald Trump discussed issues of protecting Ukrainians from Russian attacks. The discussion was primarily about purchasing American air defense systems to cover Ukrainian cities.
Zelensky informed Trump about the progress of the technical team meetings in Istanbul, as well as the exchange of prisoners and bodies of the dead.
The parties separately discussed the situation at the front. Zelensky emphasized that “Putin is definitely not winning,” and presented Trump with factual evidence of what is actually happening at the front.
The President of Ukraine thanked for the meeting, support and kind words addressed to Ukrainians, emphasizing the readiness to continue working together.
Trump, in turn, called the meeting with Zelensky very pleasant, although in the past “there were some minor difficulties.”
