Fuel companies in the Transcarpathian region receive super-profitable offers from other regions. However, they refuse, because they did not meet the needs in their region.

This was announced on June 8 by the head of the Transcarpathian regional military administration, Viktor Nikita.

“We have created mechanisms and conditions, thanks to which the import of oil products from the EU countries is carried out as quickly as possible, without artificial obstacles, bureaucracy, etc.,” the head of the OVA wrote.

Guarantee the fuel safety of Transcarpathia

According to Nikita, all suppliers of the region act on the unified fuel market of the region. They are in the same conditions and occupy 40% today. The head of the OVA noted that this is more than 10 times the share before the start of a full-scale war.

Nikita called this the main indicator of the personal responsibility of each of our entrepreneurs, who guarantees security in the fuel and energy sector of Transcarpathia.

representatives of the fuel business in the region. I sincerely thank my colleagues for their cooperation and trust. We stand together, shoulder to shoulder!, โ€“ wrote Nikita.

Fuel is in transit through Transcarpathia

The head of the OVA stressed that about 30,000 tons of fuel are currently passing through Transcarpathia. Conditions should also be provided for them.

“Transcarpathian companies import only 9,000 tons for their filling station networks, which are not included in the volume of transit. This is a matter of local business. We are talking about the absence of speculation and an increase prices, and this is a positive aspect,” Nikita explained.

Announcement from Naftogaz

The head of Naftogaz, Yuriy Vitrenko, said that the department wants to create a state network of filling stations. According to him, he can be an effective player in the fuel market.

Vitrenko said that the future network should inspire confidence in people, so it should take from 15 to 30% of the total market. The need to create such a project arose, as the head of Naftogaz noted, due to imperfect competition.
