Russia reacted to the visa regime with Ukraine/GNSU

Ukraine officially introduces a visa regime for Russians. The aggressor country has already responded to this decision of our state.

The head of the International Committee of the State Duma, Leonid Slutsky, said that in response, Russia would not introduce a visa regime with Ukraine.

He cynically noted that the Russians “have nothing to do with a symmetrical response to a provocation.”

Also, the decision of Ukraine to introduce a visa regime was commented on by the assistant to the President of Russia and the head of the Russian delegation at the talks with the Ukrainian side, Vladimir Medinsky. His statement sounded like this: “Whatever the child does not rejoice, so as not to cry.”

Recall that from July 1, 2022, the government officially introduced a visa regime for Russian citizens. Prime Minister Denys Shmihal explained that Ukraine took this step to counter unprecedented threats to national security, sovereignty and territorial integrity of our state.
