The case against two employees of the Ternopil TsKK, who tortured a man, has been sent to court.
This was reported to the State Bureau of Investigation.
As the investigation established, on the evening of October 6, in the center of Ternopil, a grenade launcher soldier and other servicemen stopped a local resident to check his documents.

Having found out that the man was born in Murmansk, Russia, although he is a citizen of Ukraine, they offered him to go to the military registration and enlistment office. After refusing, the Ternopil resident was forcefully pushed into a car, striking him in the process, and taken to the TCC premises.
Subsequently, he and another mobilized soldier were beaten in the military registration and enlistment office.
– The grenade launcher soldier and the security squad commander struck the men who were lying on the beds in the TCC. The corresponding video was distributed on social networks. One of the victims received moderate injuries, and the other — lungs, – reported the State Bureau of Investigation.
It was established that in this way the TCC workers wanted to force the men to undergo a military medical examination, and also to punish them for the conflict with the duty officer, whom they tried to beat and take away the weapon.
Punishment for TCC workers
The grenade launcher soldier is accused of unlawful deprivation of liberty of a person, torture and intentional infliction of moderate bodily harm (part 3 of article 127, part 2 of article 146, part 2 of article 122 of the Criminal Code).
Security Squad Commander — of torture and causing minor bodily harm (part 3 of article 127, part 1 of article 125 of the Criminal Code).

The court chose preventive measures for both military men — night house arrest, and removed from their positions.
