Consequences of bad weather in the Kursk region
Due to the hurricane, many fallen trees and billboards. Roofs were torn off houses, and power supply disappeared in 87 settlements.
The storm raged day and night. It is also stormy at night in the Kursk region. A tornado was noticed in one of the villages of the region.

Due to bad weather, people died in the Kursk region 2 people. Official representatives do not provide any data on the number of victims.
The first victim was a student of an automotive technical college. During the hurricane, he was in a dorm room, but the elements broke the window, and a piece of glass wounded him in the stomach. He died from the wound before the ambulance arrived.

Bad weather raged in Ukraine as well
On the afternoon of September 18, bad weather raged in different parts of Ukraine – downpours and heavy wind led to flooding and power cuts in a number of settlements.
In the Kyiv region due to bad weather The light completely disappeared in 21 settlements, in 64 – partially. Work continues to restore power there. In Kyiv, the elements also raged – trees were tumbled down in the city. According to preliminary data, there were no victims.
In the Ivano-Frankivsk region, partial flooding was recorded due to heavy rains. In the regional center, rescuers had to pump out water in separate areas.
In the Sumy region, a powerful wind tore off roofs and destroyed houses. 8 people were injured, 1 died.
Bad weather also raged in the Khmelnitsky region, in Ternopil, Cherkasy and Odessa.
On September 19, weather forecasters do not predict improvement in weather conditions – in all regions, except South, a storm warning and I (yellow) level of bad weather has been announced.
