Polish Prime Minister criticized EU sanctions against Russia/EPA Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki compared EU sanctions against Russia to a weak vaccine. The politician believes that, to a certain extent, they even accelerated some economic processes in the Russian Federation.
Morawiecki stressed that in the current situation there can be no neutral sentiment. It is necessary to convey to everyone that there is nothing to negotiate with the Moscow regime.
Sanctions acted like a too weak vaccine. They not only failed to stop Putin’s war machine, but also to a certain extent increased certain economic activities taking place in Russia,” Morawiecki added.
Sanctions need to be strengthened
The prime minister called for tougher Moscow to change its position. Losses for Russia, which started the war, should be greater.
The politician also added that we are dealing with “amazing propaganda from the other side.” The theses of the Kremlin propagandists directly resemble the worst German, fascist traditions. Therefore, according to Morawiecki, comparing the Putin regime with the fascist one is not only legitimate, but also appropriate.
