We met at the dawn of the space age and devoted three decades to rockets. Then, together with him, we opened the space era of the already independent Ukraine, and this was just one of our deeds to create the most important foundations of our state, its solid foundation, — noted Kuchma.
He added that Gorbulin — a very versatile person, as evidenced by the very list of his positions and areas of responsibility: National Security and Defense Council, Ukrainian military-industrial complex, army reform, Euro-Atlantic integration, etc.
