Russia plans to mobilize 300 thousand people by June. However, in order for these people to be experts in war, they need to undergo a long training.

Military expert, founder BO “Reactive Mail” Pavel Narozhny told 24 Channel that Russia will not be able to mobilize such a large number of Russians. The aggressor country has big problems due to the successful operations of the Ukrainian military on the front line.

Must be trained

According to Narozhny, technically the Russians can recruit 300 thousand people, because the dictatorship in Russia works very well. However, the question remains how effective these people will be, because modern warfare requires a lot of knowledge from the military.

Russia does not need 300 thousand people who can to hold machine guns, they need specialists – artillerymen, pilots, tank crews and engineers.

Teach a person in 1 – 3 months – this is unrealistic. There must be a person who must undergo higher education, 5 – 6 years until he becomes an officer. They should be 20% of all mobilized. “I’m sure there are none,” noted the military expert.

According to Narozhny, Russia can mobilize up to 100 thousand Russians who can complete training in a few months. If Ukraine has long-range weapons, then the Russians will not get any advantage with such a large number of people.

Economic problem

Narozhny notes that “snatching” 300 thousand men, aged 25 to 60 years, from the economy is a huge blow for the Russian economy. We must not forget that several million Russians have already fled abroad.
